Enter your name as you want it to appear in the From: line on your emails. Also enter your email address under your name.

Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server details as given to you by your host

Enter your username and password. Your username many times will be your email address. Be sure to use all lowercase in your username. When entering your password make sure your Caps Lock is off.

Click on "More Settings" as there is still a couple of things left to do.
