Q: What is this site about?
A: Best Tech Site is a collection of screenshots and walkthroughs.
The screenshots are meant to help someone who does not have access
to the software in question, help someone else who has the software
but needs some form of support. For instance, I used to be a call
center PC support technician and occasionally people would call me
for help setting up Thunderbird email. Since I did not have
Thunderbird on my system I found it helpful to have a collection of
screenshots for Thunderbird to help me guide others to a solution.
